First, leasing is a business opportunity. YOU need to do the due diligence to determine whether it makes sense for you and your finances. If you don't, then don't be blaming me, the company I work for (yes I work for Prime... I don't lease) or Santa Claus. Blame the person responsible for your mess... YOURSELF!
Second, since when did the state one hales from have anything to do with one's intellegence?
Third, I know plenty of lease ops who manage to bring home MORE than a grand a week, average.
Fourth, if driving is just a series of "crappy truck jobs" - why o why did you ever get involved? Perhaps you should go southern fry yourself at a fast-food job, and reach the acme of your self development! Perhaps they forgot to supersize your lease?Last edited: May 14, 2009

But then a $500.00 / Month PETE must of been 1 HECK of a piece of junk or it was back in the mid 70's when he owned it.

I wish I knew where I could get my hands on one of these "agreements". I'd like to see if there are any loopholes in them. My friend practices business law. I'd be willing to bet he'd find something to "misinterperet". Prime. US Express. England. TMC. Who/whatever. He says he'd need the entirety of the paperwork involved. Any takers?

hey just a thought have you ever herd a man say "wow I leased a truck and it worked out great"?

Yes I did once , but he was in a Bathrobe , wearing Bunny Slippers and a guy in a White Coat was escorting him out of the Truckstop .

Your buddy wont find anything that at least a dozen if not over a hundred diffrent lawyers may have over looked. -

The OOIDA lawsuit against PRIME was a flop , known fact , well documented.http://www.zsrlaw.com/publications/articles/PDF/Attorney_Fees_RAA.pdf
Regardless of the LEASE or the COMPANY you still get people signing on the dotted line just to get a TRUCK, then when they fail its the COMPANY that ripped them off.
