@Fairweather unfortubately rate of consumption isn’t outpacing capacity. Population growth is needed yes, but population needs to have money to spend.
Economy is strong but why hasn’t capacity shrunk? That’s what I want to know.
Will this help or push rates into the crapper?

Well I’m not gonna say much but I played around my friends account for a bit this past week, won’t say which account or which app, I will say it wasn’t hard for me to get around this issue.
Then again my previous work experience allowed me to do this but won’t take that much brain power for it to be figured out by many others if they look hard enough.FlaSwampRat Thanks this. -
Somebody said this, not me, I am not that smart....Standards to get into our industry are way to low....Why they have to be higher ? Because current ones kill people....I don't want to go political but remember recent CO crash...BTW I am immigrant myself, just saying...ATA and FMCSA have blood on their hands for so many years now...OOIDA, while not perfect, at least tried to push new drivers traning standarts and mentorship since CDL went into effect....early 90 ' ??? Nobody in DC listened ....

We caused it all to happen and it is our laziness and selfishness that have caused the low standards and unprofessional behavior that has caused the fmcsa to react.
We are our own worst enemy, and until we all acknowledge that fact and do something about it, we are going to continue to screw ourselves over.
The issue of immigrants is an ignorant one. Some of you who use that crux don't see the big picture or understand what really matters, some owners are just screaming about not hiring immigrants because they are taking work away from people who were born here. The problem is many of those who are born here expect a job and expect not to work for the money, this is happening all over the place, from fast food to trucking. The problem is that when a foriegn born and raised person gets here, they want to work and they do work.86scotty, ElijahJohn1, Socal Xpress and 4 others Thank this.
