    Right on!!
    My heat shields make it hard to reach the exterior grab handles. Was thinking about ditching them, & the mufflers & going straight pipe as well. Maybe put the drop in baffles inside if it gets too loud..

    Heck yea and dont worry about the baffles they normally are not to bad with the windows down at least for me I love that sound

    You can order a pipe from an exhaust place. Get a 10’ and then measure how tall you want it to be and then cut to size.
    I did it on my freightliner just replaced it with the factory exhaust. Love how it sounds plus engine brake is obnoxious
    No drone either. It was 160$ plus my labor

    Not bad actually my freight liner and w9 Little Bit of rumble but if a carrier reefer unit parks in the same parking lot as you... you won’t notice straight pipe
