Not sure of the history actually, a Freind of ours found it in a old barn on their property. It appears to be from the 70’s.... I ask if it had the letters D O T on the back and she said no she didn’t see any. Thinking it may definitely have some age to it?? Probably from the Evil Kenivel and Easy Riders time era, at least what I’m thinking.

    Man that just sucks.

I'm sorta feeling that way myself. Banning people for having a little fun just cause someone can't take a joke?

In the grand scheme it doesn't seem like a big deal. But I think it's a perfect illustration of what's wrong with society today.

Hoping to see it in person, she just lives a few miles from us. After looking at in in person I can give a better answer to it being restored. Just hope someone doesn’t buy it first....

It's got a 429 Police Interceptor under the hood. For a motorhome this thing will flat out scoot.

In my misguided youth we used to street race, there was a guy with a mini Winie that had a max wedge that was pretty loppy. It would pull the front end at a traffic light.

It may have been in a movie, there was a movie done on Van Nuys blvd that featured a lot of the car culture of the 70's Something summer?

Had a Galaxie that had the 460 Interceptor and the 140 mph speedo that stretched halfway across the dash when I was a kid.

    Those old Interceptors were beastly.

It was the first car I had that I tried to modify the stereo. City kid. Used to cruise the strip and do burnouts. The car was a huge 4 door...but it was mine.

You gotta associate with a different crowd.

I bought my panhead at the Davenport swap meet from an old dude in the next spot over. Him and 3-4 other oldguys had showed up in a weathered looking 60's Greyhound bus RV conversion. On the way inside to close the deal, I notice the bus was equipped with high $$$ brand new MIchelin tires, which kind of stood out on an ugly old bus. Guy just smiled and said it had a fresh 12V-71 in the back and would pass anything but a fuel pump.
