Yeah, i can tell you a whole boat-load of "stuff" on them if you'll give me about 34 hours or so----as i'm trying to adjust to a different shift.
For starters---no employee handbook which means no written guidelines---means rules will be changed/made up as we go along---just like jazz.
On the plus side, pay is pretty good; We get paid off speedometer. Hourly is $22.60. But i think this varies between divisions.
Can i ask what account you have? Or were you irregular route? We are part of Greatwide Dedicated 2 division. -
Hello, i m new here. can you please tell me some tips for forum.

GreatWide took over a local company here in Anderson, SC. AM-CAN was a good company, but since GreatWide took over, if you weren't an O/O when the take happened, you were looking for a new company.
First of all, you should have posted this in the "The Welcome Wagon". Secondly, Welcome aboard. -
Great wide company drivers, seem to do ok.. But i would'nt bank on the O/O side...
Great Wide out of Dallas was pushing for the Mexican Pilot Program... Read several articles on that, coming right from the horses mouth so called driver shortage AKA meaning short the drivers.. Hope any traitor so called American Trucking Company, fails hard! Just my own best wishes for the scum bags! -
They would have to try the mexican pilot program because what they offer to owner operators is #### embarrassing.

It's not all bad; We get paid for all waiting time at $22.67 and paid off the speedo:
i don't really have a major problem with the company at all. There is some bs just like most other companies but nothing out of hand---yet.
If you have any specific questions, we can discuss them here. Or if you prefer, as i do, we can go to pm or email.poorboy126 Thanks this. -

Yes, as i stated in the other post, Jan-mid feb was slow as in non-existant and i was part-time then. Also, i had until recently another job. So, really my actual YTD for all jobs is about $14K gross which i agree still sucks. Also, we gotta consider the economy..........
But i am back on FT so the money should pick up bigtime.
i estimate 50K by beginning of dec. As i should be able to repeat the $1400-1500 on a weekly basis from now on if everything goes as planned.
P.S. You can see i am getting totally boned on taxes.
