Do you see bears frequently there or is it pretty rare?

You can go spotlighting 10 nights and see them 8. Many years they are on the roads a lot. Then they are scarce others.

I left off the part where I read that it was a UK invention. Which is why I thought Elvis was right.
I'm really not as long winded as possible.
I know some of y'all's won't believe it but I edit things and make it shorter a lot of times.

Y'all can research Fresnel lens if you want a better explanation. Short version, It's a big lightbulb with a lot of waves in the glass. If the plane isn't on the correct glide path the light from the Fresnel lens won't appear correct. The pilot will be able to correct the approach by watching the lens. The waves in the lens will make the light concentrate and form a distinct appearance when it's approached from the precise angle. Even a slight change in the approach angle makes a difference. The pilot also has to pay close attention to the airspeed.

since I’ve lived here I have never heard of a bear sighting here close to my house. They do hang out at the power stations and the dumps. There was a farm we had permission to go on and watch the bear I went one time and I was a farm ditch away from a bear (700#+) no lie back when the flip phones would click when you took a picture I took a picture and he lunged at me I’ve never ran so fast in my life. I was with a little boy did a lot of bear hunting that’s who told me how much the bear wieghed he was watching all the bear did was lunge he never ran I’m the one that was running
