schneideri worked for shneider for 5mths, they have put in my dak that i did not follow company polices, and i had a tapping of a nother truck in a parking lot, so they put i had an accident. note no damage no tickits.:biggrin_25510: this has kept me from getting another job. the only policy i didn't follow was freezing to death in my truck.:biggrin_2552:
i'm looking for a good lawyer.
i've worked to hard to let them keep me out of trucking. i got my unemployment. i've been on the road for over two years, no accidents.:biggrin_255:
we need to be able to get to our dak reports easer so we can get rid of lies that copanies can put in them.

You hit another truck. No damage. Who called the cops? The other driver get your insurance info from you?

If the other driver was cool, I wouldnt have said anything to Schneider.

Tapping or smashing, it is still considered an accident to most companies. Not to be rude either, but you've only been driving for a year? You have no idea how bad it can be.

From which of your deep pockets do you intend to pay the lawyer from once you find him?

I don't know where to start...Okay first off like was posted earlier. You've only been driving a year and you defintely have no idea how bad things can get. Second topic...you worked for them for 5 months. This gives you no and I mean no judgement on how their operation is ran. I have been leased with them for 9 months now and I'm still learning the ropes. SNI does have their bad points like all companies do. Trust me I have days where I want to cancel my lease, but I realize that right now most of the problems in trucking are caused by a horrible economy. By the way its DAC not DAK...

It isn't DAC, and it isn't USIS anymore..rookietrucker posted a link to the "new" name, I just don't remember what it is right now, too tired to look.

the driver was cool. no cops were called we exchanged info. i reported incident, do to being honest. just in case the other driver desided not to be honest.
i have been driveing for more than 2yrs. that dosen't make me an expert, but i know how the trucking co. work. it is pretty s...ty when your honest and you do your job, and they lie to keep u from getting a job. shneider is worse than most because they would let the dbl's treat the drivers with no respect. mine wouldn't let me run my truck unless it was ten degrees outside. and my quelcom was scerwed up so every time they went in to retrive the data it put my idle stat at 99.9, so i was working the numbers down.
