CA ticket lawyer??

Sign up for TVC, they’ll hire a lawyer on your behalf to fight the ticket. You’ll see them at truck stops here and there with a table about their service. They got a big ticket reduced for me years ago in California. Went from an improper lane change to something like illegal use of an ATV or something lol. Paid the fine and moved on...

FYI, you wrote that you were in the left lane. That’s a HUGE no-no in California and they target that like a MF. That’s the “improper lane change” I got and I know several others that have been pulled over and cited for that as well. Mine was passing a Swift truck that was going 30 mph in the middle lane on a stretch that was 5 lanes each way. Because I left the right 2 lanes, he got me.

So if the CHP got you for going 59 in a 55 instead of being in the left lane, the officer did you a huge favor. Might wanna consider that before fighting it, especially if your dash cam shows you driving in the left lane.

I got a ticket near Indio, CA for doing 62mph and these guys got my ticket dismissed for $450. Granted the ticket is $250 for doing 62mph, but oh well, don’t want a record on my CDL.
