Where is everyone #5

I am NOT a fan of ground beef in burritos... but it was surprisingly okay.

 

Got home in time to cook a couple of steaks on the grill.
Life is good with cheese cake for dessert...

 

She finished about the middle of the pack. That steer could’ve used a little more time on feed to finish fully

 

Well hell. If I knew you were here this evening I'd have bought supper.

Pedro's isn't bad. But Jalisco up the street is better.

 

Well after a week away to cool off I decided to stick around a bit longer. Think I'm just going to stay here in #5 and other threads started by the crowd that hangs out in here.

 

I’m at the J watching the late arrivals #### each other over the last few spots... quite the sight.

Gotta get up at 2am and ride or I’d stick around for breakfast...



Why is it always the mega reefers and vans that have trouble hitting the last remaining spots? Every. Time.

 

Well, unfortunately ive turned out to be the only mechanic i trust.

 

Inexperience and poor training comes to mind.

 

One of those mom and pop places connected to an old truck stop. Jammed up with locals during lunch.

There’s a place up in Gary Indiana right across the street from the crap hole TA, JJ’s Seafood and Chicken. They had this jumbo shrimp platter that was incredible. Ate there for years. Today, I had better shrimp.

You know, I just realized that I haven’t been to Gary in quite a few years. The last time, I had to take a big load into East Chicago. I sure am glad that I don’t live in places like Gary.

 

I bet he could go for a desert, lol.
