One of the reasons I tend to eat out of my truck most of the time, other than generally being anti-social and frugal, is that I get sick of overpaying for mediocre food prepared poorly. It takes me 50 seconds to have a full plate of bacon just the way I like it. I don't have to worry about leaving half of my serving on the plate because it's either burnt, half rubber, or a mixture of the two and then feeling compelled to leave a tip because it isn't the waitress's fault that the kitchen DGAF.. Send it back?

@sawmill @OLDSKOOLERnWV or anybody else, I’m lookin for a tilt column for my ‘99 KW. Anybody know what all makes will fit? MHC wants $3,300 and change. I’ll keep driving it with no tilt before I pay that.

I eat out of the truck a lot. Mainly due to the nature of the business I’m in. Plenty of times we get stuck on a location miles from any place to eat. I just keep an ice chest with ham, cheese, and cold water. Loaf of bread and chips or crackers and I’m happy. I’ve learned to accept it. I’m not and never have been a picky eater anyway. Besides, when they break down like that, it’s best to sleep if possible. So a sandwich and crackers before a nap works well.

I do need a cup or two of coffee every day, but I know the fellas in the control room on location well enough to slip in there and get a cup.

That's just because you don't look intimidating like @stwik does in that Atari shirt. Is it good @stwik ?

There's a place call Vrien's Truck Parts in SLC. If you call them they will know and probably have what you need on the shelf.

If they do, I can go get it and meet you on my way back to Midland around the 4th.
