Walmart here I come 2.0

Hello!

I’ve been following the thread and I am interested in moving back to Wally World. I use to drive the box trucks for Walmart Online Groceries before they discontinued the position and I must say it was one of the best jobs I’ve ever had! After being laid off and striking out with jobs, I decided to get my CDL in 2017 and have been driving tractor-trailers since. I am out of the Atlanta area and I see there are no postings close to me as of now, but I was wondering if I could ask you to keep me posted on updates near here as well? It would kindly appreciated!

Congrats!! Now, why or what happened the reason the other 32 didn`t make it.

I think the on-board class was 62 persons total (myself included). 28 made it through day 3 (myself included), and 7 more made it through on day 4. Total 35 out of 62 made it. I talked to a few of the drivers that didn't make it, and there was a variety of reasons why they didn't make it. Seems quite a few had trouble on the driving test (shifting, curb hopping, and hard braking were 3 I heard). 1 driver said he forgot a crucial step on the pre-trip test..but he didn't say what. Anyhoo, that's a summary as I heard it.

 

Did you end up going to Apple Valley?
