Kudos to my dad! We built a 350 SBC several years ago for a project car. Today he sent me a video of them firing it up for the very first time ever this afternoon! Sounds mean as f### with open longtube headers. All Edelbrock Endurashine parts and the March serpentine belt system. He decided last week to swap out the carb for EFI. Estimated power (from the guy who did all the machining) is 400-425 hp with the combination of parts we stuck in it. That was with a carb on it. Not sure if EFI would bump those numbers up or not.

That's a lot better deal than the one I saw, for sure.

Kind of a funny way to price it. I wonder why someone wouldn't want the front wheels?

Should have replied that you were trying to average 100 mph but you had to stop and have a few beers, ruining your average speed.

Heck I don't hardly ever hit 70 on the flats. Keeping the door shut and ride wins the race.
Iron butt marathons? We won't go there. Lol.

We always had I believe weld sale tables. They were 4 sections cast and I think the overall was 10x12. I bought the last one but can't remember for sure. I know you could only get them in the fall.....they came out of South Africa and they only cast them once a year.

They had bolts all around the frame and we used a laser measuring system to level them.

'bout strangled a new guy that tacked a frame down to the table....the table is full of clamp holes and we were building precision equipment. Later I caught him using it as a paint table.....he scrubbed that thing till it was spotless before I let him go home...

    Found them...
