Absolutely no dig whatsoever to Stwik's new ride, but you can't make a "silk purse out of a sow's ear".

You enter into a RELATIONSHIP with a job. You lived up to your end of the bargain, but they broke your trust. You have every right to be upset. But what do you do now?

I often talk about the Driver’s Agenda: Get Paid. Get Home Safely. The reason why I do is because some times we go out of our way to be team players, do “favors”, and help out when asked. For free. And then when they break our trust, we are devastated. Hence, when you enter into a relationship with an employer, your first objective is to GET PAID. No favors, no freebies. No finance, no romance. Sorry about that boner, boss.

The Driver’s Agenda prevents you from being taken advantage of and it prevents you from getting your feelings hurt. There’s no feelings, it’s just business.

I had a small trucking company that I worked at when I was in my early 20...everyone was doping on performing enhancing crank, and I was doing the exact same runs drug free. I worked my way up to the large cars. Over 1 weekend, the owners daughter in order to entice friends of hers into driving there, gave my truck to a friend of hers. I was hurt, but I climbed back in to one of the lesser trucks. Worked my way up again. Took two days off for my grandmothers funeral and came back and a new driver was in my truck and I had to get my gear out of boxes in the shop. They told me to grab one of the other trucks on the yard.

Two weeks later her husband calls me and asked me what I was doing. He then tells me about these new contracts and runs paying big money. Hand thanks for thinking about me, but I’m not interested.

There were no ultimatums. I was gone. Not the first time, the 2nd time. Now I live by the Driver’s Agenda.

I’m not saying quit. I’m just saying make certain changes on how you look at a working relationship. I wouldn’t quit the first time, but I definitely be prepared to bounce the 2nd time.

Down to just a few small things to take care of and we'll be ready to ride again.

Did the harness do the trick?

Never seen your shop that empty.

    Gents.

Cleaning the check valve and the screen didnt help my start then die issue. Any other suggestion? The check valve looked to be a new one like someone had tried that once before.

The reason I say 6th is at the top is ratio wise this is how I see it different than the sticker. Neither is wrong.

Does it start normal, die. Then will it restart right away? Or crank long time?

Starts normal then die then takes awhile to restart. It's not immediate

Yes that harness fit perfect. Took a couple hours to put it in but I cleaned up some sloppy routing of other wires and hoses while I was at it.

I think the other two guys that park in here got told to go park at home if they aren't going to kick a little rent money or at least help sweep the floor once in a while. And the rest of our guys are all running around Texas.
