    Tolls - New York / New Jersey / Conn / Mass > North East TOLLS went up again and
    are cutting into our business, further Brokers are not taking these costs into
    consideration when posting loads?

    this is not a question -- just saying - What Say YOU

    No north east unless you can cross the USA into Jersey, drop it and roll west with 5000 in your pocket. Let the Jersey boys take it across all them there bridges.

    Why does the broker care? These are your operating expenses not his. Learn to go around tolls, you’re not a company driver anymore.

    If you want a better rate negotiate it, or find a different load with a different broker. Better yet stay out of the North East.

    The even better option, although the hardest route is to find direct shippers & lock down profitable contracts.
