High temp regen runs indefinitely: help!

im working on a 2010 WS 4700 with a DD13 engine.
Came in DPF was 84% clogged had it cleaned the other active DTC was intake mani pressure sensor replaced that as well. Now all active codes are gone except the infamous 3719. Which in theory all you would have to do isn’t send it through regen and bam done. Not in this case it will run for hours and never go above 813 degrees. Doser valve should kick on around 900?? If I remember correctly. I have tested the following and all are good.
Turbo
Jake brakes(in spec)
Egr valve works on command through DDL
And I monitored it seems to be fine. Closes to 85% during regen
ITV works
Doser valve and block(new)
Fuel filters (new)
Air and baro are within .5psi
I can’t figure this out

 

Update: doc inlet and doc outlet temps are around the same and both peak out at or around 800 degrees and stays at that temp

 

What’s your DOC inlet pressure?anything above 1.5 psi, your Doc or inlet PSI sensor is plugged.

If your psi sensor is cleared and your temps still don’t come up, you’ll need to pull the DPF’s back out and Blow or out the DOC’s. Remove the 1-box inlet and rig a good vacuum cleaner to or all that soot will settle in front of the DOC and plug at least part of them again!

If your pressures are good, look back toward your HC Doser or EGR systems to find the issue there.

 

How many miles?

 

I tested the EGR and the egr is operating correctly I also monitored it during regen it’s 85% closed.
As far as pressure if I remember the inlet was 0.034 outlet was 0.00

Fuel cutoff valve- 0.0%
Baro-14.43
Intake mani - 14.71

 

Plugged DOC or drifted DOC outlet temp sensor.

 

I replaced temp sensors and I’m getting same response I’m currently doing a DOC face plug cleaning hoping it fixes it if not I’m quite sure it’s gonna need a new box

 

5lb hammer to the dpf should cure it......
