Why do you tailgate 4 wheelers? Every day on I-95 I drive the speed limit in the middle lane and usually there is some 18 wheeler three feet behind me. He will eventually pass on the right (unlawful), or sometimes on the left (again, unlawful). I see a lot of ** about speed limiters set at 65MPH. These 18 wheelers are going 70MPH! Why is this considred safe driving in the 18 wheeler community?

you should move to the right lane so the 18 wheeler can get by.

That is so true boots but there are times when a four wheeler or maybe a six wheeler gets in the second lane and does 45 to 55 just because they can. I detest tailgaters but there are good and bad in all the best I can say is move over and hope they get a ticket they must be in a hurry...poor planning causes alot of the problems and then there is just inconsideration what can you say...

not everyone does.

The tone of the original post of the thread was that all trucks tailgete 4 wheelers, I typed a long winded reply and deleted it, I doubt that it would have mattered anyway. 4 wheelers also tailgate us and pass us on the right after we move over to let them on at ramps. I see people passing on the right all the time and I've never seen anyone ticketed for it. Talk about 'Duh'.

guess this is the right spot....
