What's the home time like at abilene is it weekly. Are is it one day a week that your out .

 

OTR is 1 day for every 6 days out. Minimum of 2 weeks out-I think.
Northeast Regional is home every weekend for at least a 34.

 

Do they have a SE Regional

I moved over to let an ambulance by me and the stupid ups driver in front of me pulls out in front of the ambulance.....ignorant brown clowns.....felt bad for the ambulance driver in a hurry lights flashing and everything.....

 

HEB store Im delivering to must be relatively new since it doesn't show on sat view....hopefully truck entrance is obvious.

I'm going to make this short!
I have been with Abilene 3 year's and I have learned to turn off my phone when doing my 10 hour break specially at night when the night shift will call with something readicules!
This is the story...
I wake up to start my night driving on time and see a missed call from Abilene night dispatch at 12:30 AM... At 1:00 AM they call me again and I answered... "We have being trying to get a hold of a driver that is at the Flying J truck stop and won't answer the phone, can you please go and check...(To all this story there is no emergency.... I’m going West Bound and there asking me to turn East Bound; and go wake up a driver!)
I said WHAT! ...It’s the drivers responsibility to wake up on time and do his or hers job!
My message to the Abilene night dispatch... I’m not an OTR driver that comes out to Work and becomes some other driver “Mom”...Spanish.. “Miami” Or “Dad”.... Spanish... “Papi”...! And having to go wake them up!
What’s going to happen next time.... You calling me at 2:00 AM because there is a driver in a truck stop that’s afraid to go by himself to the bathroom!
