Issues with Swift Dialin App

When I was using my older Samsung Galaxy S7 I never had any issues with getting notifications (both visual and aural) from the Dialin app. However since upgrading to a S10 I no longer get notification of any kind.

Anybody know why this is happening and a fix?

I have a Samsung android.
I stopped getting notifications couple weeks ago. Can't figure out why.
When I think about it next time.. I gonna uninstall it and install it again and see if it turns back on.
All my setting are on for notifications

 

VYC it. Assuming they were stupid enough to put their own department in VYC, that is. Probably broke something on a backend update, y'know?

 

Go to settings, then notifications. Check to make sure notifications for that specific app are turned on. If it's turned on there, tap advanced in the upper right corner, scroll down to your app and tap it, and check the advanced settings.

 

I have a pixel 3 xl and I could never get any notification for dial in. Tried everything.

 

Did that and everything is on.

 

This actually makes sense. That was about the time I upgraded my phone. I naturally thought it was the new phone.

I tried the uninstall/reinstall trick to no avail.

And yes, ALL of my notification settings are on.
