I picked up a re-power yesterday evening in Santa Rosa, NM going to Franklin Park, IL. It was supposed to deliver yesterday, so very late already.

It seems the trailer and tractor of the other driver couldn't get along. He had all sorts of electrical issues with that trailer... ABS warning light and other things that even prevented the cruise from working. He had the truck and trailer checked out, some fixes to the trailer, but the problems continued. He finally gave up and is headed to TX to the Freightliner dealer.
He has a '20 Cascadia, the trailer is a 08xx.

I have not had the issues in my '17 Cascadia, but mine is not so computer happy either.

But this morning I did have a trailer tire blow out. This trailer is trouble.
Lost 5 hours for that repair, so the load is that much later now.

    FerrissWheel and Cabinover101 Thank this.

I spoke too soon. Denver finially came through with my requested can load to SoCal. I was told earlier today that all CA bound can loads were on hold, Guess they lifted it.

And now I'm stuck on the side of I-44 near Adair, OK with another blown trailer tire.
This trailer is trouble. Can't wait to get rid of it.

    Jurupa terminal.
Helped move empty trailers from adelanto to Ontario. Traffic was horrendous today. Did at least 3 trips yesterday and today.
Have tomorrow off for a doc visit.
My Qualcomm unfortunately got the new upload for the eld. Pain in the rear lol.
Found out if you stay under 5 miles an hour on ,duty or offduty, it won't go to driveline. But #### that's too slow for me lol.

With that new QC update we will be on the drive line at the shipper and receiver a lot more. It will eat up a lot of drive time, for no good reason.
If they can update all that stuff, why can't they put in the option for 'yard move' (or whatever it is called) until months down the road?

    Cabinover101 Thanks this.

Got a .essage saying it won't be till octo er when they put the yard move in. They said hopefully that all the trucks will be updated by then.
