Did you go to a Trucking School to get your CDL ?
-
If you went to trucking school to get your cdl your good. You will be sent out with a trainer. And YOU will get paid. If you are going to a trucking company to be trained by them to get your cdl. You might have to pay them back, depending on who you are going to work with

rayfan, did u attend Roadmaster their in Tampa ?
-
Do you know Fl. is a very difficult state to be hired from ?
has anyone made you any offer's as of yet? if so shoot us some names if you like and will try to direct you down the path of the lesser evil's... -
Depends on the company and all that other stuff that comes with being a driver. I paid out of pocket for my training I think it was about 3k not sure cause it was over 8yrs ago don't remember the total cost, but I think its worth it.
Most companies will put you with a trainer for at least a month or more. I was blessed with a great trainer and learned alot. BTW listen to your trainer he has the experience and a few years driving his/her belt. Godspeed and all the best to you rayfan
