    are there any other companies that will refinance a house if you work there?

    I heard ABF freight has a program that will refinance for you at a cheaper rates than the market rates. Anyone have experience with this?

    Don't know about trucking companies, but USAA - www.USAA.com - will if you or your family member is a military vet.
    I think interest rate just dropped to around 3%

    That was a joke obviously but why would you want to put more control in the hands of your employer by allowing them to hold your mortgage?
    Not a good idea in my opinion
