Sure you figured it out, but asking the right question might be beneficial in the future. To be clear...were you asking how to slide your tandems? (i.e. the dock wanted your axle set all the way to the rear of the trailer? )

Are you speaking of the trailer tandems? The rails with the holes in them above?
That is a whole system of balancing weights to be legal on one hand and a ability to slide tandems back for docking on the other. Just remember to put the tandems forward before driving out.
Make sure you keep your head away from those pins when you are releasing them for sliding. And do not bend over the widowmaker bar either. If it gets loose fast you can get really hurt.
