    Keep fighting the urge.

I was following the keto diet, but not word for word. There's not a one-size -fits-all diet, or we'd all be one size. My best advice, work into it gradually over a 5-7 day period. It makes the "Keto Headache" (sugar withdrawals) more tolerable. After that first week or so, it's not bad at all.

There's a few guys here doing the fasting diet. I personally am not a fan after watching how their body reacts going from no food to a "buffet". I personally think you're better off to eat 3 healthy meals, with healthy snacks in between.
All the keto foods, meat, eggs, vegetables, etc. and cheese for snacks.
    Just my thoughts.

Try getting a 48 spread through downtown to the port during afternoon rush hour. Or back a reefer across a 4 lane in Korea town to deliver 40k of frozen chicken. Or another load of chicken into a little gated butcher shop off an alley just off long beach. I've served my time in LA you can keep it.

We ain't caved yet to the urge.

Couldn't do the fasting. I'd end up with headaches and be really hungry so I'd gorge which negated any benefits. But the eggs and veggies and stuff I'll definitely be into especially if I can get a truck with a place for a hot box and a chill chest. This things got what amounts to a stand up coffin sleeper. Theres no where to put anything. My bag has to ride shotgun

As much as I loved driving a Pete, I don't miss that. I like having room for stuff like a microwave and a factory fridge. I'm already eating less out and more healthier since getting into this truck.

Ideally, I'd like a Pinnacle CH with that 60 inch stand up. Good looking truck, solidly built but still has room to stretch out at the end of the day and make something to eat.
