Not really. I would keep them in a box after you take em. Maybe swing by a dealer and see if anyone old enough to remember those things. IF you can get educated, maybe come back here and tell us it's a very vital part to the truck or not.

Spin a new can on it. Most add on systems had a push button similar to a starter button. Should be a simple 12vdc solenoid to open the valve and spray.

I must readjust one of my thoughts.
In the old Macks and other older Iron, there used to be a sort of a coffee can with a hose to it and from, engine oil spun off the gunk in it. I never had to touch the thing in my time but that was something I recall as keeping a eye on.Intothesunset Thanks this. -
