So I’m under a load of plywood heading to Corinth, MS... coming up to Flagstaff, AZ and POP... blew a trailer tire... still have 3 hours on my clock so I’m hoping to get a couple more hours driving in tonight as I’m currently 24 hours from the LUL and was hoping to knock this out over Saturday and Sunday... then take a 34 before it’s due on Tuesday...

The Waffle House in Jackson, GA, on Truck Stop Row, across from Rudy's BBQ (which has a huge parking lot for trucks) gave me a 10% CDL discount this morning.

Y’all. Please. STOP. Cranking. Trailers. Up. So. Flipping. High. It’s very difficult to crank one down (or up) with 44k in the box and I’ve had to do just that 4x in the last week alone.
I’m sure it’s none of you guys, but if you could, pass it along in the Abilene Facebook groups (of which I am permanently banned from because I speak truth - a little too bluntly for some).
That is all. Carry on.MidWest_MacDaddy, jarhead0311, Silverdriver and 2 others Thank this. -
Any info / help will be appreciated.
My Volvo 2019 ... 760.
Decided this morning to surprise me by not having any if the electrical outlets working... Microwave, TV and under the bed. I replaced the bad fuse located next to the bed and still nothing... Tried to turn on and off the switch next to inverter and nothing.
Any tips? -
Was a freightliner going across 64 today with right steer axle smoking up good and he just kept right on going even though several ppl tried flagging him down. Guess he decided he was going to drive it til he couldn't anymore, lol!
In other news I had a student driver in a car pull out right in front of me today on 64 and I decided to be nice and not lay on the air horn, she looked scared enough already having an 18 wheeler on her behind from doing a dumb thing.....wonder if her instructor gave her a good scolding, lol!Silverdriver Thanks this.
