I suppose they have to put them somewhere, from what I've read the tariffs have caused the Chinese to stop buying soybeans from us right now ?

Although trying to change the supply chain for any large enterprise is not that easy. A lot of people make a living planning how to get the best overall deal for the company they work for and plan things out years ahead of time. Hard to change commitments of people, training and equipment in a flash. Impossible in some cases.
