That was my thought, but then again, when it starts, everything happens pretty quick. I have a feeling I'd be running before I got the knife out of my pocket or opened. Unless a guy had a sledgehammer in his hand to knock a pipe off the intake side of the CAC, I really don't think there would be enough time to think clearly with the adrenaline pumping . But, I've seen videos where it seemed to build more slowly too. Probably has a few variables as to how fast it goes from WTF? to RUN!

I had the same problem there for a while. This is me before I broke the code and got back in. Listen carefully, my voice isn't recorded very many places on the internet.

@Oxbow it was a busy one. Cab off, valve and hoses/piping installed, cab back on, A/C recharged, update ECM parameters and then changed oil.

@MACK E-6 nope. No access thru the floor. Not that it would have helped. I needed the cab right off regardless.

BTW my comment in post #100430 was a criticism of the writing of the article you linked to, not you personally. My apologies if it came across that way.

Well, I finally figured out why they put steps and grab bars on the side of the truck!

Just in case you've got a hijacker trying to stop your rig and you've got to go beat his arse!
