So right! .... It is as important as getting enough kitten formula in them which can be purchased in the pet section in almost any supermarket. I have used a small syringe with very good success but you have to be careful to only give them what they can take without drowning them. Once they get the idea of the milk coming from the syringe in proportions that they want, they become little tigers. They need to be fed often, like 4 to 5 times a day (Google it). But all of that is useless if they aren't peeing and pooping on their own. @Cattleman84 explained it beautifully.

Also.... very important to change their bedding daily. Mother cats clean up after they poop and pee (as best they can). So keeping their bedding fresh and clean will prevent ammonia and other harmful things from building up. They are prone to ear and eye infection from dirty bedding. Keeping them in a warm and in a quiet and dimly lit place DRAFT FREE will help to keep them feeling safe. A quiet place like the back of a closet (leaving the door open) always worked well for me.

Good luck! .....you have your work cut out for you but those little fellas will bond closely with you if you do it right. YOU'RE A MOMMY NOW.

One more thing.... Mother cats clean their kittens constantly. So, you now have the job of cleaning them up after feeding and peeing and pooping. A warm (not hot) SOFT cloth will work pretty good. ESPECIALLY around their face after feeding.

last night I shined the spotlight and found her by my shed, I got within 10 feet of her and she took off.
I put the kittens in a box with an old beach towel and left the bowl of Meow Mix and a bowl of milk and a bowl of water all on the front porch.
Early This morning there were 3 kittens left and then a half hour later there was just one.
She ate some food and drank some milk at least while she was snatching her kittens.

You got fuel. However, does the fuel pump have fuel?
