I had a spill of that in my truck, I thought is was hydraulic fluid from the pallet jack at first. Nasty stuff but it smells good.

Somethings not quite right with that picture. If it was a real incident the driver should be walking around with both hands on top of his head. This seems to be a thing taught by truck driving schools.

Here is an example of the hands on the head executed to perfection. Obviously this driver nailed the HOTH part of school. 5:01 for executing the obligatory HOTH maneuver...

From my interactions with the driver he seemed to have his #### together... Had all his paperwork on his clip board in hand with his Hazmat emergency response book. And was on the phone with authorities.

The shipping papers will have an exact description of any hazmat in that trailer.

    Where are you? What state?

Not personally, but when I ran oil field another of our drivers scraped the rancher's gate going over the cattle guard onto the pad. He didn't do a post trip. About 8000 lbs of acid had poured onto the ground by the time the morning crew arrived. The pictures of punctured totes and straps torn off told it all. That picture is now part of the ACME Truck Line orientation.

The driver was called about 30 minutes before our drive away team was about to board a flight in Midland. We never saw him again.
