Called recruiting today. Even with experience she said I start at .43 CPM. I asked about raises she made it seem like they were non existent.

No Northeast (NE anyways) and no PNW. So I'm assuming that means you dont get the Rockies on 70 at all or did I miss understand her? I at least want some loads through the Dakotas and the Rockies

No you didn't miss understand her. We do go up that way, but those loads are very few. We run across 70 a good bit, just not up into Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Utah and Montana very much. Especially during the fall and winter seasons. I've been up that twice in the last 2 years, usually during spring or summer. An it's been running through from Chicago to San Francisco.

Also what are you averaging per paycheck? I'm a trainer at my current company and making .53 CPM but I need to at least consistently average 850 or more per week take home

I average on some weeks 1800 take home but I am not necessarily just looking for money. I'm looking for good miles and to see more of the country. Also how are the benefits?

I'm here checking them out because they have an ad for Tooele UT.

Do they allow spouses to ride along?
    Pet policy?
And I haven't seen anyone say the weekly pay. I don't care much about miles it's what you put in the bank that matters.

It seems like you gotta keep on top of payroll from what the one driver posted. I hate having to fight for my money. They expect me to do my job and payroll should do theirs.

    scott180 Thanks this.

Are there trucks governed? And at what speed? Do they have a hometime banking system at all? Is it forced dispatch? Will they want you to run a load knowing you dont have the hours for it? What's dispatch speed? Are bonuses obtainable?

    Metallica88 Thanks this.

Trucks are governed at 65 on the pedal and 68 on cruise. You get 1 day at home for every 7 out up to a maximum of 6 days off I believe. It is forced dispatch, according to the employee handbook if you refuse a load there is disciplinary action up to and including termination. They are usually pretty good about not giving you a load if you dont have the hours to run it, however my dm tried to get me to use PC to get to a customer when I was almost out of hours. It's a crapshoot on dispatch speed, about 60% of the time you will have your next load before you deliver your current load and sometimes you will have to wait hours even days for a load. And the bonuses are obtainable if dispatch would give you miles (which they won't, you have to reach 10k miles a month to be eligible for the bonuses and last month I hit 8500 because I spent alot of time sitting and waiting for loads)

Stonehjl, Metallica88 and Nitelyte Thank this.
