yeah, but i used to travel I-95 straight thru DC and into VA...there can always be a Wilson Bridge opening as well..!!!!!!
that is, IF the new bridge does raise up..???? or did they build it taller than the old one..???

Its still got a bridge tender, he got a new cab about 100 yards along the underside walk cat from parking on VA side.
US Navy has destroyers and cruisers among other things that need it up.
I usually used either the 301 east of DC or the (IF YOU ARE A 48 foot trailer...) 15 north to Frederick and then east. Point of rocks and tuscorora-manassas is a pretty run.
They blew up the old one about 2005. Twice. -
Im not sure im going all the way into the port . it looks like its just a yard with a bunch of containers. Its called port logistics group where im picking up

just by doing a quick google search, looks like it's a place like a warehouse(fulfillment center) that gets loaded containers in, then empties out..??
they have to have the equipment to take the containers off a chassis and back on again. -
yeah my comany already has a loaded container there waiting for me so im picking up an empty at a place down the street and taking it over there, dropping empty and picking up loaded. im hoping its a quick and easy process and i can gtfo . headed all the way to cali , nice cross country run
