I'll deliver to you no problem. Your's looks to be the only place around the place, so it must be the place.

If I am picking up at Resource One going to Circle Warehouse and there are 3 possible buildings that could be you with neither numbers nor names on the buildings - you don't get to say diddly when I ask "is this resource one, [address]?" except yes or no.

I also assume that if you built a 6 ' x 4' sign with high quality reflective paint saying "lovesthedrive inc, all trucks enter here" you would not a) plant a shrub in front of it, or if you did then b) alloe said shrub to completly obscure the aforementioned sign.

You may be a country bumpkin, but that doesn't make you stupid.

I would... kinda resembles 'my yard' .... but I've got a wider girth on my pass, and a semi circle for when I bring the truck home. Time to run the chainsaw again; kid does the machete work for me, LoL~!

Gorgeous, btw. Love yours. I'd drive in in a heartbeat, but you don't want me to deliver boxes, or asphalt, methinks. ;)

I REALLY gotta get y'all some pix this weekend when wife n kids are home to help get from phone to PC. :(

Dont worry drivers. Any tractor trailer that comes near? I meet them on the highway and we unload directly to my pickup. No backing or trying to find me of any sort. My driveway is great for bobtails or box trucks. I have seen day cab log haulers squeek into the driveway. Yet I really dont see anyone with a 53 footer getting in here. Oh and the rest of the picture from what I posted earlier. The reason for the sign is my deliveries were going to the neighbor with the better driveway (on my land, he has deeper pockets than I )

I can work with that sign, though I must admit I didn't see it on my phone screen.

This afternoon I delivered into a customer who has three inbound lanes. For the last 9 years lanes 1 and 2 were for otr, lane 3 dedicated shuttles. Pulled in, scanned the signs. The one closest to the road had been hit (even God can't figure out how) and was laying in pieces. Lane 3 had a couple of tankers behind a day cab van. Lane 2 had 3 otr, lane 1 had a dry van of some kind followed by a day cab.

I pulled into lane 1 and got hollered at "can't you read?!".

"I'm sorry, I'll move over, but which sign did I miss and when did y'all change the traffic pattern?"

"Sign is over there" [points to the other side of the first tanker] "I've only been here four days, you should know better".

Turns out they changed the traffic pattern in May and when I looked at the sign they had tried to paint over reflective metal letters with primer paint that is no longer visable.

If you put up a legible sign I will do my darndest to follow it. If you put up a size 20 font on standard printer paper and expect me to read it from 200 feet, then you need to rethink your expectations. I will go back and follow the sign's instructions once I've read them, but cheerful compliance is going out the window. If you expect me to read your mind, good luck.

Well ya DO have the asphalt. Here's mine, and I have 'no clue' how to mark whats where...but where you see the kid, me, and my ma.... to the right of the truck, you 'circle' in that roundy round (gravel underbottom) tighty left around the tree.. and my 'non carved' out path to the back, is a down pasture, so trucks can't / won't go there, anyway. Better pics when the wife is here, I'm techie dumb..but here's a general idea, anyway:
