This one looked like somebody rebuilt it from the ground up. I know the name on the door and all I can hope is that its an independent guy that's subcontracting to that company. If its not, that poor truck is going to be a worthless POS in 6 months.

Heights make me nervous. I dont get that bad but theres a few I dont dare look over the side. I can look off in the distance but looking down makes me nervous.

You can bet if I ever get an offer to drive a road train down in the land of Oz, I'd be all over it.

I love pulling B's up in Canada, but the money isn't really in them as much these days (as an owner). Most flat deck is lumber, scrap and steel tube, all of which is largely boring to me now (edit: and largely taken up by the Punjabi crowd), and the dry bulk world is dominated by the largecar industry, and I don't necessarily want to limit myself to just dry bulk.

So it's either go down under or get into heavy haul, lol.

But I'll take a modern Mack Superliner with a 685 hp MP10 any day. Still don't know why they don't really offer the big block 16L's over here except for the Detroit.

If I got into driving, I'd definitely be pushing to get into logging. Loved being on top of mountains. The smell of fresh cut pine mixed with the earthy smell of clay based mud. Oh and like an hour of nothing but straight up jake brake coming down lol.

It won't fit the first time. After that, it shouldn't be an issue!!
