I guess all the studies that show exactly that mean nothing to you. Sorry air is a shared resource. If you refuse to do your part to keep it clean, I have no problem with it being forced on you.

If you truly did the EPA would be the last people you would trust. Remember Las Animas river, any private company responsible for that would be out of buisness and whoever responsible would be in jail, but since it was the government and they're protecting you from yourself it's all good.

Except when manufacturers are required under regulation to build things a certain way, then when people choose to circumvent the regulations they should expect to get their hand slapped. I’m sure you could buy Picher, OK from the government if you want to live in a place where environmental regulations didn’t matter.

For years, people have been falling over dead when a mechanical motor like a 3406B or a Big Cam Cummins went by. It’s time our government, filled with the sharpest people in the world, make a difference.

Since cigarette smoke pollutes 10 times more than diesel, lets ban cigarettes first.

Furthermore, why should my family and I have to breathe your smoke just because you want to be a hot shot renegade trucker?
    Screw you guys.
If the technology exists to reduce smog emissions, we should be thankful.
I remember the days when every truck blew black smoke. Now you hardly ever see it.
    I think that's a win for everyone.

Next you'll have no problem with whatever else "science" proves to you, when science says you have to share your house with random strangers who might be axe murderers are you going to listen or tell them F off it's my property. You idiots will have us all living in the medevil ages where we can killed off at the whim of somebody else. Science used to "prove" earth was flat, then it was "proven" that the universe revolved around earth, then it was "proven" that earth was billions of years old, turns out that dating method said rocks formed at Mt St Helens were billions of years old.

Hey, I don't rely on science, I rely on what I can see. And what I see, or don't, is less black smoke.
