It's a vacuum tank trailer.
Could be used for almost anything liquid like pumping out a septic tank.Intothesunset, G13Tomcat and FlaSwampRat Thank this. -
Did anyone else notice the tires on that trailer? He got him some dang ol mud grips!
Intothesunset and G13Tomcat Thank this. -
I don't know what they are called, but there is a ton of them up north in the oilfield, even some great big off road ones.
Intothesunset Thanks this. -
Thats a vacuum cleaner.
Be a one hell of a septic tank at that capacity. Maybe a hog farm or something on the east coast with the 20 foot round walled containment crap tanks. Whistle one of these to show up prior to a big rain and remove some of it.
Keep in mind the cleaner the vehicle is. the LESS you want to be involved with it. It would suck so bad for some people. (Pun intended)Intothesunset Thanks this. -
Intothesunset Thanks this.

G13Tomcat Thanks this.

Not a cryo or pressure trailer; note the hatch on top and you can see seams on the outside where baffles/compartments are welded inside (i.e. thin wall).
Has a catwalk with railing which suggests it is meant to be used/accessed during operation.
Not a vacuum trailer; one that big would have external reinforcement and no need for a catwalk (and thicker wall construction).
Probably a heating unit at the back; looks like the exhaust at the top.
Meant to be used with another piece of equipment; that's quite an elaborate support arm for the hose. And I think the liquid it transfers would be heavy given the construction of it.
Also looks like it is set up with a spray system at the back... almost like an asphalt distribution trailer.
A (part of a) dust suppression unit?pushbroom, Intothesunset, G13Tomcat and 1 other person Thank this. -
Might be a new asphalt tank for a asphalt plant being delivered.......
That would account for the furnace at the back and that could be a asphalt hose..... the small pipes at the back would hook up to the hot oil system at the plant......
But that’s a guess.... I’d have to walk around it to be sure.....pushbroom, Intothesunset and G13Tomcat Thank this. -
Off road tires and fold out spray arms it looks like ag equipment, maybe a liquid fertilizer or chemical agent application trailer.
Intothesunset and Lepton1 Thank this.
