    No need.

We have so-called “drivers” that cry a river when they get more than 10 deliveries a day. UPS drivers do 10 times that and more.

It's ####ing awful and it doesn't matter what you vote. Ups will get what they want. The only thing the teamsters are in there to do is keep the pay high. Cameras started showing up probably around 10 years ago in package cars. The new trucks had and still have them built into the back up camera monitor, yet again something that is coming up waaaayyyy after it's already been going on lol. I was a shop steward for 15 years so I have a lil bit of insight on this before it sounds like I'm just spouting out crap I don't know about.

And as far as I’m concerned that’s exactly what the union needs to stay the hell out of.

Unions need to stick to what they always did best, and that’s safeguarding against such things as favoritism and personal vendettas on the part of management, as opposed to always trying to strangle the golden goose.

Agreed but unfortunately that isn't the way it works there.

@MACK E-6 you will like this one. A few contracts back we got language to minimize forced overtime. 9.5 hours was the magic number and they were gonna make sure we never worked over 9.5 more than two days a week. Then it turned into good news, you are gonna work over 9.5 but they will have to pay double time on it.....that's not what anyone asked for lol. I went to a rally with Hoffa and the world's best used car salesman Ken Hall when they told us all of this. We ask for better working conditions and they respond with more money. They are very good at getting more money and there is a metric #### ton of it to be made there because that's all they ever do. Got problems at work? Teamsters fix is just to try to keep throwing more money at you until you shut up.
