Currently in Wells, the temp is 45 degrees.

 

We are expecting bad weather come friday am give or take.

Down in to the 40's not too long ago. Going to be paying for that then.

 

Despite the rebukes I may have received for asking clarification of pronunciation, I have no animus toward anyone's choice of moniker... no no! My query was in fun, and meant ONLY as a friendly request for help. But, as this world turns and the level of sensitivity rises and political correctness more and more shackles our freedom to express ourselves without fear of repercussion for good reason and/or perhaps just out of misunderstanding and for the sake of sake....

You are not the only one facing this change.

I for one am old enough to not worry about that silly PC stuff. I deal with people of all ages regularly anf if they come in a sir or ma'am package then that's taken care of without blow back about being offended somehow on pronouns.

If they did have a major issue with this then I don't need them in my world anyway. And it's too bad when they are damaged or possess educational defects imposed by a PC society which I literally know nothing about. Here in the deep south, you are a sir or ma'am. Anything else if someone started squawking about half the county will think something is wrong with them and they will find themselves excluded. And so it will be a while before that Pronon business takes hold around here. About the worse of our Schools regarding the children is anti bully teaching with songs and positive reinforcement.

My brand of anti bully is something that requires applied violence a time or two in those school days and actually no harm has been done in the end. Bully is less of one and is more included with us in the daily activities. So its worked for a million years in the history of Man.

I don't mind talking about the coming of the Pronoun age. Its literally not a big subject or one to be afraid of at all. I find it grotesque that Man or woman should choose to deny what God gave them at birth. And that I think is a great waste in the future.
