So i've worked for this company since they started with 3 trucks . They have about 40 units right now .
Their mentality on booking freight is much different than bigger fleets . You have 1 dispatcher responsible for max of 7 trucks . So you know you're dealing with someone who's got time on their hands to look for freight . They have 2 options to lease in with them . Either 80% gross with their trailer or 88% when you're pulling your own trailer . I'm out of Chicago , and i'm home every weekend . Never have i ever stayed out on the weekend driving . I have 4 kids at home and a wife , i NEED to be home every weekend , they know that . Year by year i've been grossing $220,000-$250,000 . If you show them you care about your job they'll feed you prime time sensitive shipments . I have worked for a container company in the past where money was great , but hauling non hazardous dry shipments making more money was a no brainer. They are one of the most honest companies i've worked for . In the past the companies would hide what the actual gross is on the shippment that you're hauling by not agreeing to send contracts or rate cons your way . JP LINE , does all that . They send your confirmation straight to your email so you know exactly what you're hauling and for how much . Highly recommend these guys . Here is their website , check them out if you're unhappy wherever you're working !

I know we are not supposed to say anything about grammar. However, I do not think Chicago and honest can be used in the same sentence.

what are you getting at ? You don't think Chicago companies are honest ? I do agree that there are many dishonest companies in Chicago, that do screw drivers over . I've had my share experience with these companies . But you do stumble across good companies here and there .

Let's just say that there are "many" dishonest companies in the greater Chicago area. Glad this one is working out for you!

They don't offer percentage anymore. They pay o/o by mile based on how many miles it is. Sounds like a bad deal.
