Sleeping on the shoulder or ramp again!!! Why aren't the state police moving these trucks along?
Bud A., jon69, truckdriver31 and 4 others Thank this. -
All those truck stops in the area, and that driver picked that location of all places to pull over and sleep? There s a Pilot at Exit 26 before Exit 24, and a Pilot and a Flying J at Exit 19. Let me guess E-logs is what cause this driver to shut down there? Also there s a Hardee s with truck parking at Exit 24

It is hard to believe that a guy would just decide to pull over and go to sleep, hopefully he broke down or something and was waiting on help, but then he should have put out his triangles , if that was the case.
truckdriver31, mjd4277, lovesthedrive and 2 others Thank this. -
Looks more like driver inattention of the driver that impacted the rear.
truckdriver31, autopaint, NavigatorWife and 1 other person Thank this. -

That is not a problem that means to park and sleep on the interstate, eld or not a guy needs to use his noggin, and I am not saying it had anything to do with an eld, but I would rather take a hit for over running my time any day than take a hit on the shoulder.
