How long you been doing P&D?

 

They work the dock too and lay people off. I was thinking about them too but decided against. Any of the P&D make close to 100k or is that unheard of?

 

5 days vac @ 90 days. 1 week @ 1 year. 3 sick days

 

Do you know what they all top out at?

 

@Csdsm18 if you coming to Estes the money maker is linehaul, extraboard or teams. Being a city driver at estes you will starve unless you have seniority.

 

1300 I'd say avg week gross p&d

Vac is 22 days I think after 20yrs

 

Ok thanks. I'll keep checking to see any openings for them. Do you guys have a big turn over rate? Any long term employees? Kinda regretting leaving fedex express. Just location of it was far and raise progression was horrible besides that it was a great place. Lots of 20+yr employees.

 

Also I see that they are hiring for local truck drivers. What all does that entitle? Is that day work or overnights?
