Quick. Somebody tell me what's wrong with this picture.

 

Oh and something that I think is new:. We get paid a mile between the Trenton shop and Miller. I don't remember getting that before

Always nice when fellow truckers ignore your signal and drive you onto an exit you don't want and you have to dart back over.

I was climbing in the truck lane approaching the interchange of i-77 and 64 in WV. As soon as the lane restriction ends, I flip on the blinker to get to the middle lane which will take me up 77. But two dicks in semis ignore my signal and just continue on by, forcing me to slow further in order to get over there before the split. I had to be on that slow lane. Going 30 pulling that glass.

 

Yeah a lot of wads out here. My brother has been driving for 17 years and said when he started there was a lot more courtesy among truck drivers. A little more professionalism. Now it's nearly non existent. Sometimes I get some but not often.

 

And then drivers ##### because we get over in the lane we need to be in too early.

 

Ding Ding winner winner chicken dinner.

This is actually the wrong load but dispatch said I was good to go with it, so that's what I'm doing.

 

Yesterday on I70 east of Indianapolis:

Driver: Come on eastbound let's gooo!

Me: I'm giving it all I got, sir. These gerbils will only do so much. I think I need new ones.

Other driver: Maybe you just need to start treatin' em' better. Hashtag metoo. Gerbil Lives Matter.

 

Ugh I am starting to hate the fill-in dispatchers with a fiery passion.

 

Got the red light, got out to look, and I was a little worried about not being perfectly centered. Didn't help that the whole ramp was leaning to the right, so the cab was leaning that way anyway. Now just sitting around at the Pilot off the I-80/I-69 interchange. No load at the moment. The 14 is always chasing me off the road.
