We used an EZ out bolt extractor on an ISX manifold stud earlier this year. Worked like a charm.

 

Was your youngest out there given it the "look" while ya was doing it???

 

I think she was chasing someone with a cheater pipe.

Blue wrench don’t get them they must be Stainless?

As far as bits go, some of the absolute best I have ever found were at Fastenal..... NORSEMAN Bits. Anytime you drill stainless “drill slow”!!

 

@Lysdexis Sorry it's been a long day, those guys are leading you the rightway now take a temp gun and check cylinder temps at the exhaust manifold from a cold start. Right them down and do it quick before the manifold heat soaks.

Then take the money you saved on the farm plate and buy some injectors.
