Ex employer lied

    My ex employer has been lying to prospective employers for months about having a dot recordable accident on the job. This is simply not true. My psp and dac report are compleately clean. Im accident and ticket free. This man has it to where i cant get a job anywhere and ive been driving for 15 yrs. I cant get a lawyer to sue him for deformation either. im at a total loss on what to do. This has caused me to loose my home and im about to loose my car and everything ive worked for my entire life. Does anyone know of anywhere i can turn for help ? Or a way to report this man ? If so please let me know im desperate.

    If it's not on your MVR or any other report, then it didn't happen.
    Plenty of companies will hire you even with a preventable.
    Where is your location?
    The problem we see on this forum is, too many drivers post something similar, then when we give them a job lead, they complain they don't want to work for "such & such" company.

    I find it very hard to believe you have not found a trucking job in over the several months it takes to forclose on a house.
    What else are you exaggerating about?

    Simply pull you psp and mvr as proof. Might add a note on the apps you are putting in to verify any reported wrecks and you will provide a copy of psp and mvr.

    Or did you get popped hot and don't want to admit it?
