8 years ago I dealt with this by buying a 7 yd old tank, installing it myself and paying for an inspection. This time I Have to buy a new tank AND provide proof it was installed by a lisenced professional.

It's all van trailer shortened and steel hoppers built. Slide the tandems forward and cut it off. Still in what's left of slider track and on the pins. But can slide anyplace.

One of my chores was tending to the coal bucket, we got river coal for years out towards Hamlin & Branchland WV. Later years we got lump coal over at Ryder’s on Big 7 mile just outside LeSage, WV. It can be mighty dirty, but it burns good, burns hot, and make good heat. We always mixed in a little wood since it was plentiful on the farm.

My house needs quite a bit of modification to be able accept a wood stove. Could buy a wood fired forced air furnace....they pretty rare though. I do know one guy with a wood fired boiler. I have lots of wood. I sell it for $310/US per hardwood cord (~24 MBTU) so not real cheap. I have no clue what coal costs

    Hardwood $13/MBTU
    Anthracite ?????
    Oil: $20/MBTU
