Well PC is utilized to get to the nearest location to park. Your company said 2 hrs to find a spot, not 2 hrs to drive somewhere. That's how I interpreted it. If you passed rest stops on the way, I am almost certain your safety dept is gonna call you. You could have stayed put or driven 15 min or so to get somewhere. I don't think you did right here. Maybe they will overlook it, but there are guidelines somewhere about PC. Now I've heard companies use this two hrs PC to get their drivers to get a load and that will get them in hot water with DOT

If that's your version of the worst day ever your leading a charmed life driver! Don't worry. It'll get worse. Much, much, worse haha.
Also given a little time, dropping a trailer like that won't bother you none at all. You'll just roll in find the only open spot is with the cars drop it and roll out without a second thought.FlaSwampRat Thanks this.
