Yep I'm home again midweek... last couple of weeks have been pretty crappy.

Did you really get a new windshield for $46??? Seems like a typo!

Really glad to hear you're still in it to win it.

Yes Sir.... $46.00 That's what I paid for the Glass.... From Grand Traverse Diesel Service.... Traverse City, MI ... Freightliner Split Window... Heck The seal was $100.00 I got both The seal and Glass for less than a Bill....I had a friend that works at a glass shop install the seal and glass in his driveway for $60.00.... Not to bad and cheaper than my ded on insurance claim to boot..

We are still in it............. Made it 6 months . Man how time flies when your on the road and busy. I'm up for my Plate Renewal by the end of this month, and The IRS never mailed me my 2290 reminder renewal so I get a late fee there... That's my own fault, I new it was coming due.

I just put a new ECM on the truck ....$1600.00+ and a new water pump, a new battery and a alternator. Oh and don't forget the 6 In straight stacks... and a drive line slip yoke and yoke on the diff.....new joints... I swapped out the fontaine fifth with a brand new 35 series Holland, I got a deal on that $200.00 it was a take off at a local truck shop that builds dump trucks.. What a find.... next the Kingpins will be replaced..... Nobody can say I don't maintain my truck...
Drop me a line I'm sitting in Duncan SC at the moment at the T/A..

HAHA, you sound like me. I purchased a Volvo last month. I am upto $4500 in repairs on the dang thing. Its all little annoying piddly stuff, but I hope she's ready to roll at this point. The GREAT news, the company I purchased the truck from has decided to "man-up" and pay a good portion of my repairs to the tune of $2900. I will be tickled pink when that check shows up, and they have a customer for life.

And yeah, one of these days I will own a KW900 or a shiny chromed out Pete, but for now my Volvo was that I could afford, and its allowing me to do what I have always wanted to do!
