Remove the front drive axle and leave plate and rear position alone??

Thinking about it bigger is always better,,, in most cases... thanks for the input.

Think you would be much happier with an ISC or ISL Cummins.

    BoxCarKidd and bzinger Thank this.

Wouldn't pull a wet rag out of a cats ### but it would not blow up and believe me I tried !

Those are good engines. I thank the C is still a bit small unless you were a flat lander. ISL would probably be great and should be able to find one as a single axle. May get back to wheel base again and need to shorten it?
I picked up a single axle IHC from a leasing company about 7 years ago at a great price. It has a ISM. Nobody seemed to want it or its sister. Look around but you may have to travel a bit.

    spsauerland Thanks this.

We bought two 8100 IH for scrap value that had ISM Cummins for the motors. One single axle, other tandem. Old US Food trucks. Sold one engine for more than we paid for both trucks.

    BoxCarKidd Thanks this.
