Did this problem occur soon after the new radiator was installed? Or did you install a radiator to solve this problem and it did not resolve?

Ok you have a 'new' radiator, but was it used or actually new?

Did they flush the block out?

Did you clean the condenser and the CAC while it was apart?

I had a truck that has been giving us fits running very hot. The radiator was replace, the shop that did the work determined that it was bad but they didn't flush the system (charged me for it), didn't clean the crap out of the condenser and CAC, which was all the problem.

And the a/c stopped working four months later because they punchered the condenser.

KB3MMX, pareshsaini and speedyk Thank this.

Sorry this is the first time I am using forum. Members are so helpful that I m answering as they are asking me about my problem and possible solution.

Why engine gets only when ideling? So I gues thermostate stuck open should not be issue.
Radiator is New and original Volvo(not after market). And mechanic did charge the condenser. But I gotta find if it is actually a punctured or not.

@speedyk. My old radiator had a crack I and was loosing Coolant and of course overheating. But as soon as I changed radiator my all problem resolved.
