Rear structure? As in bell housing or rear main seal?

If you're going to do one spend the few bucks and do both.

Well you not gonna do the rear structure with out a rear main so there is that. But good time for clutch, linkage and rear engine mounts. I prefer to do everything I can while its apart. Sucks to pull a trans for cross shafts after a clutch.

4500.00 to 6000.00 parts and labor

I mean if it's the rear main seal, you could get away without messing with the bell housing.

If it's the bell housing, replacing the rear main is seriously a few bucks more.

But once you have it all apart like that, you're gonna hate yourself hugely if the bell housing gasket goes south on you.

I don't think it's the tear main seal it's not leaking from the inside of the bell housing it's running down the passenger side of the block at the bell housing.

Oil pan and rear crank seal all get redone with rear gear housing gasket. No choice.

Checked housing well for cracks and wear. I think @pushbroom said they have had good luck having local machine shop resurfacing the area that mates to the block surface.

Gasket is steel with a rubber sealing surface. The steel can fret into the aluminum housing. Our local machine shop machines both the front and rear structures for us with excellent results.
Why dont you get a local shop to give you a quote for the work done? It varies in parts price, hours and labour rate depending on location.
