If you're going to smoke you might as well smoke cigarettes, I doubt steam cleaning your lungs with nicotine water is any better for you in the long run.

It's worth noting that that Vitamin E oil is only found in black market cannabis cartridges, while everything nicotine-related that was already on the regulated market was arguably statistically proven by that point to be safe...ish. Obviously none of it is the best approach, but logic dictates that water vapor (already a good portion of the air we breath by default) would be better than the combustion byproducts you get from traditional cancer sticks
